Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Time Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are sent via UPS worldwide Expedited or USPS.
For USA and Canada, orders may take up to 7-20+ business days depending on if you chose regular shipping times(Economy)
International Shipping: 7-40+ business days

- Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong SAR, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Sweden, Portugal, Czechia, United Arab Emirates, Israel.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
-Please be aware, there may be an added charge to you when ordering Internationally due to your countries customs, duties taxes.
- TeikokuFanartShop is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- TeikokuFanartShop is not liable for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier or local authorities to file a claim.
