Please make sure you are certain about your order before making a purchase after you review our refund Policy below. Thank you.

Please allow an appropriate amount of time before contacting us regarding your order. International orders take the most time to be delivered to you, so please be patient with us. We are a small business still and we do our best to process orders as quickly as we can, but sadly, we cannot control postal service times. 

Orders within North America, we recommend waiting 30+ business days before contacting us if it's lost.

International orders, wait about 40+ business days before deeming it lost.

Non-refundable:
Merchandise purchased on the shop is non-refundable because we do not offer returns or exchanges. In the case if an item is damaged, please email us at trielasandtea@gmail.com so we can resolve your issue. Issuing a merch replacement free of charge is case by case.
